How to use Myospots toothpaste tablets

1. Crush: Crush one tablet between your teeth and chew for 10-15 seconds to ensure the tablet granules are dispersed into the spaces between your teeth.

   • While brushing, the tablet will begin to foam.
   • The longer you brush, the richer the foam becomes.
