The solar powered alarm chronograph SSC141 is a handsome timepiece that has the looks of a dress watch with the functionality of a sports watch. The polished 42.8mm stainless steel case has a stylish notched bezel with navy blue dial. Silver stick markers are surrounded by a bright blue tachymeter track. Luminous sword style hands and markers with date window @3 are easily legible behind a Hardlex crystal. Powered by Seiko's own in-house Eco-drive movement caliber V172t, uses ambient or direct sunlight. Once fully charged your timepiece has a 6-month power reserve (no need for a battery) for low easy maintenance. Featuring a 12hr alarm sub-dial and small seconds and minutes, the chronograph measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5- second increments with a split time measurement function and stopwatch. With a 100 meter water resistance, the stainless steel screw down crown is protected by a crown guard between polished chrono pushers. The robust polished and brushed stainless steel bracelet has a twin push button tri-fold safety clasp to keep your watch secure and in place.
