Suggestions
Orient head in direction for Right or Left hand (Handel bump should be faced up). Place pea-sized portion of toothpaste on bristles. Brush teeth in circular motion away from gums. After 3 months discard old head by pulling with a firm tug. Insert replacement head firmly into hole. You brush your teeth every day.
